For jewellery damaged after the 6-month warranty period, or for issues not covered by warranty, we offer compassionate repair services. Our artisans approach each repair with the same love and attention as creating new pieces.
All costs for non-warranty repairs, including shipping both ways, are the responsibility of the customer. We'll provide a transparent estimate before any work begins, ensuring you're comfortable with the process.
To assess repair needs, we may request photos, videos, or the piece itself. Shipping costs for assessment are covered by the customer unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
